Growing up was tough. I saw firsthand how limited opportunities can push young people into choices they would never make under better circumstances, just to survive. My parents worked tirelessly, making sacrifices to send me to school, yet financial constraints still caused me to miss several life-changing opportunities. These challenges ignited my determination to create pathways for others to thrive without facing the same barriers.

Over the years, I have been fortunate to benefit from leadership and entrepreneurship programs that shaped my vision. One of the most transformative was the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP)—a prestigious exchange program where I joined 20 participants from across the globe to share insights and explore solutions to community challenges. My program focused on NGO management, and included visits to several U.S.-based non-profits and organizations. Witnessing their work in action deepened my belief that with strategic, well-run initiatives, meaningful change is possible in Nigeria.

Through the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) and other capacity-building opportunities, I further honed my skills in leading purpose-driven projects and scaling both nonprofit and business ventures.

With a background in Software and Systems Engineering and a commitment to sustainability, I now channel my expertise into projects that leverage technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation to uplift underserved communities.

This foundation is the next chapter in my mission: to ensure that no one is left behind, and that every young person, regardless of background, has the opportunity to learn, lead, and thrive.
